Healthy Reduced Calorie Crunch Bars are all-natural, low-fat and no-bake. All you need as the three simple ingredients about about 5 minutes of your time to make this healthy home-made treat!

  • 3 cups rice crisps*
  • 2/3 cup powdered peanut butter*
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or over a water-bath. Mix the powdered peanut butter with 2/3 cup of warm water. Stir well. 

  2. In a large bowl stir the chocolate and the peanut butter together. Pour in the crisps and stir until the everything is evenly incorporated. 

  3. Line a 9X9 baking dish with some parchment paper. Pour in the chocolate dough and press it down. 

  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm. Cut into 16 bars. Enjoy!
