This Healthy Fat-Free Hazelnut Spread is all-natural, sugar-free, low-calorie, super-easy to make (3 ingredients only!), and also paleo, gluten-free and vegan!

  • 6 oz pitted dates or 20 dates
  • 3 tbsp powdered hazelnut butter
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  1. Soak the dates in the hot water for at least 1 hour or overnight. When the dates have been soaked their rough skins slide right off them. Peel the dates and put them in a blender or a processor along with 2 tbsp of soaking liquid. (if you want a thinner spread, add another tbsp of soaking liquid. For a super-thick spread only add 1 tbsp of liquid).

  2. Add the powdered hazelnut butter and the cocoa powder to the blender and blend until the mixture is very smooth. And... this is it!
