Ingredients
  • 4 bananas
  • 1/2 cup cooked millet
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Put the bananas and the cooked millet in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  3. Beat the egg, egg whites and sugar just a little bit until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Add the banana-millet mixture to the egg mixture, add the oil, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix everything well.
  5. Whisk the flour with the cocoa, making powder, baking soda and salt.
  6. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until everything is incorporated.
  7. Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownies comes out clean.
  8. Cut into 16 squires and enjoy every bite!
