  • 2 cups of non-fat greek yogurt
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • tbsp Optional: 2 . of powdered sugar - for dusting
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare the pudding: beat the greek yogurt and the pudding mix until incorporated.
  3. Whip the eggs and the egg whites just a little bit, until they are frothy.
  4. Mix together the pudding, eggs, oil and vanilla extract. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Whisk together the flour, salt and baking powder. Pour the dry mixture into the wet mixture and stir until everything is incorporated.
  6. Pour the dough into a 9-inch springform cake pan and bake the cake for 50-60 minutes until it's firm.
  7. If you like, dust the cake with some powdered sugar before serving it. (It makes it look super-pretty!)
