Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked millet
  • 3 small bananas (or 2 large bananas)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut or grape-seed oil
  • 3 oz white chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Put the millet, bananas, eggs, oil, sugar, baking powder and salt in a blender. Blend everything thoroughly until the mixture is super-smooth.
  3. Add the flours to the blender and blend for a few more minutes until incorporated.
  4. Melt the white chocolate. Pour it into the blender and blend for a few more minutes to incorporate the chocolate in as well.
  5. Pour the dough into a greased 8X8 brownie pan and bake for about 40 minutes. In 40 minutes check the blondies for doneness. Mine were still a little bit wet inside and I like my blondies to be thoroughly cooked so I baked them for an extra 10 minutes. If you like your blondies to be on a softer side - take them out, let them cool a little and... dig in!!!
