A Recipe for the Healthy Banana Yogurt Cupcakes that are low-calorie, all-natural, good-for-you and super-yummy!
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder.
Combine the egg whites, mashed banana, vanilla extract and yogurt and mix until fully incorporated.
Pour batter into the cupcakes moulds and bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
To make the frosting whip together the yogurt and the True Whip until fluffy.
Pipe the frosting on top of the cupcakes and sprinkle with some more cinnamon.
*I usually look for the healthier variation of the "Cool Whip": the "True Whip" which is all-natural.
