Whatever your New Years Resolutions are… (Whether it’s a “New Year – new you”, or maybe… it’s “I actually LOVE my old self, so I’m resolving to keep better care of me this year!” 🙂 ) I am hoping that depraving yourself of life’s joys isn’t one of them!
Not only because you can only deprave yourself for so long before you give up…
Deprivation leads to stress! Stress leads to wrinkles. …And to fewer smiles; and to lower endorphin levels! And none of that will make you any happier or prettier, and I firmly believe in that! 🙂
But then… you know my philosophy, right? You can both have a cake and eat it!
