Oh, well… let me then ask you this: could a recipe for the guiltless, low-calorie and super-easy to make Birthday Cake Cookies make you smile? I hope that it will, because you are going find it in this post!
Oh, and another thing: today I’m trying out this new type of a post! So… in this post not only you’ll find this cookies recipe. You’ll also find my latest end-of summer wardrobe inspiration and see what made me happy and sad today!
So… are you already guessing what made smile from the photos below? 🙂
The Pink, White and Purple Outfit + Smiles and Cries…
What makes a girl smile? Although it doesn’t sound very complicated, but sweet treat and a pretty outfit always makes my day so much more joyful!
Today I’m loving this pretty pink skort (as in a shorts+skirt 🙂 ), this white tank top and this free-forming purple sweater (all from my favorite brand Free People!)! Pretty and feminine, this outfit is also so very versatile!
Casual enough to run a few errands and pretty enough to wear to a summer (or early fall) party, it made me feel a bit… Barbie-like! (I was a big Barbie-dolls fan growing up! 🙂 )I paired this outfit with these pretty and comfortable wedges (I can actually run in them if I have to) and these dainty mismatched earrings! 🙂
And as for the cries… Well, they where’re really cries! Just some blues that everyone is allowed to feel when they force themselves to do what they don’t particular love, yet, what’s necessary!
So, what’s your least favorite housework? For myself I can say that as much as I love baking, I don’t like doing the laundry! I mean… I LOVE the fact that I’m doing it FOR my family! But… it just doesn’t make me super-exited to go through every day…
So, what about you? What made you happy and sad today? 🙂
